These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of canadamade.com (the "Site") and any products or services offered by Canada Made F&B Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you accept these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using the Site you confirm you are 18 or older and able to enter binding contracts.

2. Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirham) unless otherwise stated, and include VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before order acceptance.
  • Payment is taken at checkout via our payment partners. We do not store full payment card details.

4. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept the order when we send the shipping confirmation email. We may decline an order at our discretion (e.g., out of stock, fraud risk, delivery limitations).

5. Product Information

We aim to display accurate ingredients, nutrition information, and images. Minor packaging variations may occur. Always check the actual product packaging for the most current ingredient and allergen information before consumption.

6. Halal Certification

All Canada Made products are halal-certified by IFANCC (Islamic Food and Nutrition Council of Canada) under standard UAE.S 2055-1-2015. Certificate number CNM.PL.22637.22636.250001, valid until 30 November 2026.

7. Allergens and Intended Use

Customers with food allergies must read the allergen information on the product page and packaging before purchase. Sea Salt & Malt Vinegar (CM-SV) is not gluten-free — it contains malt vinegar derived from barley.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (logos, images, text, designs) is owned by Canada Made F&B Inc. or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without our written consent.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to violate any law, to upload malicious code, or to interfere with the security or functioning of the Site.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
