Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver your Canada Made orders. By placing an order, you accept the terms below.

1. Where We Deliver

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates (all emirates). We are in the process of launching in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries — sign up to our newsletter for launch updates.

2. Delivery Times and Cut-offs (UAE)

  • Next-day delivery (all UAE): Order by 4:00 PM GST Sunday–Thursday for next-business-day delivery.
  • Same-day delivery (Dubai and Abu Dhabi only): Order by 12:00 PM GST Sunday–Thursday for same-day delivery (where available).
  • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or UAE public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders over 75 AED.
  • Flat shipping of 20 AED on orders below 75 AED.
  • Same-day delivery costs are confirmed at checkout.

4. Order Confirmation and Tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a separate shipping notification with tracking details when your order leaves our warehouse.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Failed delivery: our courier will attempt redelivery. If three attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse and a partial refund (minus shipping cost) issued.
  • Damaged in transit: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at info@canadamade.com — we'll replace or refund.
  • Lost in transit: contact us if your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window. We will investigate with the courier and resolve promptly.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel an order at no cost before our fulfillment cut-off (4:00 PM GST). After cut-off, your order is with the courier and cannot be cancelled.

7. International / KSA Delivery (Coming Soon)

For orders shipped from UAE to KSA (once available): delivery time 4–6 business days via road. Shipping cost 25 AED plus applicable customs duty and VAT, collected at checkout or at delivery as required by KSA customs.
