Refund policy

We want you to enjoy every Canada Made product. If you're not satisfied, this Policy explains your options. Your rights under UAE Federal Consumer Protection Law are preserved in addition to anything stated here.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

2. What Can Be Returned

• Unopened, sealed, undamaged products in their original packaging.
• Products in saleable condition (not crushed, opened, or tampered with).

3. What Cannot Be Returned

• Opened or partially consumed products — for food safety and hygiene reasons, opened packages are non-returnable.
• Bundle items returned partially (the entire bundle must be returned together).
• Products purchased through wholesale or B2B orders (separate terms apply).

4. How to Request a Return

1. Email info@canadamade.com with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery.
2. We'll respond within 24 hours (business days) with return instructions and a pickup arrangement.
3. Pack the items in their original packaging and hand them to our courier on the scheduled pickup date.

5. Return Shipping

• Change of mind: customer pays return shipping (20 AED for UAE).
• Wrong item shipped, defective, or damaged: Canada Made pays return shipping in full.

6. Refund Processing

• Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer to a UAE account you nominate.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email info@canadamade.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund.

8. Cancellations

Cancel before our fulfillment cut-off (4:00 PM GST) for a full refund. After cut-off, the order is with the courier and the return process above applies.
